Memories Anchored. Love Never Fades.
A gentle companion that helps families and caregivers truly know — and stay close to — a loved one living with dementia.
When Liz Mahoney's father, Leo, was diagnosed with Lewy body dementia, she noticed something that broke her heart: the aides caring for him knew almost nothing about who he was. They didn't know he was a lifelong New York Yankees fan who had followed the team through every triumph and heartbreak for decades. They didn't know he was a gardener who found quiet joy in the soil, or a gifted cook who could fill a home with warmth from the kitchen alone.
They didn't know about the annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade trips — a cherished tradition Leo shared with Liz, standing together on the streets of New York City year after year. They didn't know he was a Navy commander who served his country with honor, or that he was the life of the party — the man who lit up every room he walked into. And they didn't know about the library he built in his own home, shelf by shelf — the collection of an avid reader who believed a life well lived was a life well read.
Heirloom Lifeline was born from that moment — from the belief that care should be personal, and that the people who tend to our loved ones deserve to truly know them.
"My father is so much more than his diagnosis — a Navy commander, a reader, a cook, a gardener, the life of every party, and the man who took me to the Macy's Parade every single year. I built Heirloom Lifeline so that no one caring for someone they love ever has to care for a stranger."
What began as a way to play Leo's favorite music for his aides became a complete companion that honors the full humanity of every person it serves — with dignity, warmth, and every beautiful detail of a life fully lived.
Leo has since passed away. Heirloom Lifeline carries his legacy forward — so that every family touched by this disease can keep their person known.

Heirloom Lifeline brings together connection, memory, calm, and support — everything that helps a person feel known and a family stay close.
Choose how the person feels right now and be guided instantly to the right music, stories, or calming content — personalized to them.
Family adds written memories, photos, and recordings — organized by life chapter so anyone caring for them truly knows who they are.
While they can, the person answers gentle prompts in their own voice. Later, those recordings and stories play back to them — their voice, their life.
Photos, names, and relationships in a calm, easy view — a grounding way to keep loved ones recognizable, with a helpful version for family and aides.
Curated playlists, sports highlights, favorite shows, and calming sounds. The music of a person's past is one of the most powerful tools in dementia care.
Short video messages from family for the busy days — so even when a call isn't possible, the person still sees the faces they love.
Failure-free activities and soothing media for difficult moments — gentle ways to connect when words are hard.
Family writes letters the person keeps, and they write back while they can — all preserved together in a lasting Legacy Book.
Vetted helplines and support organizations — U.S. and international, including dementia-specific and veteran resources — one tap away.
Heirloom Lifeline runs on the phones and tablets your family — and your loved one's caregivers — already use.
